Web2DATEV connects website and web-app processes with technical invoice validation and controlled handover. The second focus implements NIS2/BSIG measures, evidence and incident workflows technically — without legal or tax advice.
Two core areas
Web2DATEV Core maps one website or web-app process to a controlled invoicing route. RDS1, TRAFFIQX and Integration Care add direct DATEV handover, e-invoice exchange and ongoing operations, each with clear prerequisites.
NIS2/BSIG projects start with technical scope and evidence. We prepare measures and proof; legal applicability and final compliance classification remain with qualified professionals.

Prepare technical scopeAdditional capability layer
AI, email, document, lead and website workflows remain available when they support a defined DATEV or security process. Every live action keeps its existing approval gate.
Explore agents, compatible model runtimes, relay/worker backends, portals, monitoring and mobile integration with human approval.
View automation systemsWebsite care, backup, email, document and lead workflows can be added as bounded modules with human approval.
View additional modulesInstant public check
The tool passively checks public website signals: reachability, HTTPS, title/description, index hints, sitemap, forms, trust pages, alt texts and basic security headers.

Services, dependencies, technical measures, owners and evidence are structured for management and qualified professional review.
Data flows, access, logging, retention, deletion settings and restore evidence are documented technically — without a legal compliance conclusion.

Contrast, focus, keyboard use, labels, alt text and page structure are checked technically.
An assistant explains services, qualifies requests and hands hot leads to a human.

The recommendation uses the current starting price from the active booking plan. If you choose several topics, it prices the prioritised primary service; additional modules are scoped separately. This is a non-binding orientation, not an offer.

Choose the package that matches your current problem.
Name the system, website or data source without entering passwords.
Review inputs, expected outputs and control points before the start.
The start report, processing status and later documents appear in the customer portal.
Instructions
We check the current website, mailbox, invoicing and visibility without asking for unnecessary access first.
Automation starts in draft mode: reports, suggestions and approvals before anything is sent or published.
You receive a short operating guide so owner, office and tax advisor understand the process.
If useful, the initial implementation becomes a monthly care package with checks, reports and improvements.

Privacy notice: We process data that you voluntarily submit through forms, the customer portal or the support chat to handle your request, perform services, document work and protect the website technically. Necessary cookies and session data are used for login, CSRF protection, language preferences and site operation. Optional support-chat memory and privacy-friendly visit analytics are activated only with voluntary consent. Visit analytics record pages viewed, visible usage time, a coarse device, browser and operating-system class, a truncated IP address, monthly rotating pseudonymous identifiers and – only when supplied by a trusted hosting proxy – an approximate region. We do not use canvas, font or audio fingerprints, advertising profiles or third-party trackers. Analytics data are normally retained for no more than 90 days; withdrawing consent in Cookie settings stops collection and deletes analytics sessions linked to the consent identifier. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and objection. Do not send passwords, API keys or unnecessary personal data through free-text fields. In the protected customer project chat, the original message, translation, selected service/order context, reply drafts and delivery status are stored to handle and document the communication. Minimized excerpts are processed only server-side through the configured OpenAI API for translation and reply drafts; suggestions are never sent automatically. The customer selects the reply language and confirms the AI notice for each message; the notice version and acknowledgement time are recorded. Credential-like content is held before AI processing and remains stored locally for manual review. Project chats with no new activity and related notifications are removed regardless of status after the configured period (365 days by default) in bounded cleanup runs; the actual period and legal basis must be confirmed before live operation.
